OHAUS Ranger™ Count scales are the high performance solution to inventory and counting needs for industrial and commercial applications.
These Rangers have dedicated counting functions ranging from a simple one key count operation, to a more advanced numeric keypad for inputting average piece weight (APW)
Ranger Count also has advanced average piece weight and sample accuracy optimizing software to ensure a fast and accurate count every time.
Ranger’s cast aluminum construction, combined with an easy-to-use interface, make the Ranger Count the perfect blend of power and precision.
In addition to Ranger Basic Weigh features, Ranger Count features:
4 Standard operating keys and 6 Count Specific keys Positive and negative counting
Count into or out of a container keeping track of how many parts are on the scale or have been removed Info Key
Allows user to call up specific piece weight information, and toggles resolution
Scale Select - Used with optional Analog input option to select which scale or platform output to be displayed
G/N/T Key – Displays Gross , Net and Tare values
Count / Weight Key – Allows user to quickly switch between counting and basic weigh mode
Sample 10 Key - Immediately takes reference weight on pan and divides by 10 to calculate average piece weight
Sample Size Key – Manually select from 5 pre-determined sample sizes
Average Piece Weight Optimization – Automatically recalculates average piece weight increasing accuracy Low
APW alert – Alerted when average piece weight is too low to ensure maximum accuracy
